I was thrilled to find this jar to replace mine that got broken, and it was so nice of Bea to let me know that it was coming and when to expect it. As soon as I received the shipping confirmation the panic set in, along with thoughts of getting a box of broken glass, or it getting lost in the mail forever. I did not need to worry. I could watch every move it made with the tracking and it was wrapped in so much bubble wrap that I had to get my husband to help me unwrap the thing. The whole transaction was exactly as it should be, handled professionally but treated personally.
