This is an antique True Temper, Kelly Works cast iron plow blade marked with manufacturer's stamp. Great looking, time aged blade that has an angled design and a stationary and chain hooks. Overall measure: 13" long and 8" wide (this measure includes the loops and the tool's angle). Intact with expected cast iron rusty discoloration.
