Amazing antique rug with beautiful design featuring an Elephant in the center setting. Great geometrical decor with flower like accents. Very tightly woven material that might be Jute but I am not sure. Looks great but does have some age spots of discoloration, all intact. Tightly woven in rectangular shape that stiffer in texture.
Burgundy red color background with navy blue border, bluish elephant, and tan color additional accents.
It measure 51" long and 37" wide. Fringes on each side that measure 1-1/2" long, each. Great interior design accent or gift idea.
