Two lidded South Italian lidded majolica jars signed PV for Peasant Village. Crafted from Italian glazed earthenware pottery in vibrant fire red color. Beautiful design and color featuring single side handles and fitted lids topped with raised chili pepper finial knobs surrounded by molded leaf relief work. The jars can be used as spice jars, storage jars, or trinkets. Each jar is 4 inches tall and 2-1/2 inches in diameter plus 7/8 inch for the handle width.
