1980 The Epic of Flight Aviation Poster John Amendola 20 Aircraft

Two centuries of aviation history are captured in this 1980 poster from The Epic of Flight series by Time-Life Books. This original poster carries the detailed work of renowned aviation artist John Amendola showcasing 20 significant aircraft that represent man's conquest of the skies. This is a pre-owned vintage collectible that was originally distributed folded so it carries appropriate mid size folding marks. The poster is in nice overall condition with very gentle wear. There are some pin marks on the edges from previous display and a small tear on the left side on one of the fold lines. Measuring 29-7/8 inches long and 21-7/8 inches tall when fully unfolded this is an excellent piece of visual historical information for any flight enthusiast or military historian.
