DAILY FOOD "A Promise and another Scriptural Portion with a Verse of a Hymn for every day in the year." Fleming H. Revell Company Publishers of Evangelical Literature This is a very old prayerbook entitled, "Daily Food", "I am the bread of life". I believe it was printed in either the late 1800's or very early 1900's. "The Revell publishing business was established in 1870 by Christian Evangelist D.L. Moody and his brother-in-law, Fleming H. Revell. The two men identified a market for practical books that would help bring the Christian faith to everyday life." (From ) The book measures approximately 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and is approximately 1/2" thick with non numbered pages.
Book has some color run and damage to the binding but pages are clear and looking good. It looks like there was exposure to water but no mold. Slight page waving. Red, hard caver and gold tone on the pages edges.
Very interesting find.
