Vintage Smiley pig cookie jar manufactured by the American Bisque Company in Williamstown, West Virginia features a unique asymmetrical mold with molded eyelashes on the right eye and a wide-awake left eye. Heavier stoneware piece weighs approximately 5.8 lbs and measures 11 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 6 1/2 inches deep. It features a beautiful high-gloss finish and the iconic wedge and dot marks on the base. The jar is in good condition with a small base chip and a surface hairline on the left shoulder. While there is light vintage crazing on the interior base, it is localized to the inside only and does not extend to the base or the exterior. Original carbon spots.
