Description

This is an authentic Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) from the World War I era depicting a US Army soldier in a Model 1912 service uniform seated and playing a guitar. The image captures a rare candid moment of musical recreation during the Great War showing the soldier in full field gear including canvas leggings and a service cap. The reverse features a classic Cyko stamp box which was a high quality photographic paper used primarily between 1904 and 1920. This postcard measures approximately 5\ 1/2'' \times 3\ 1/2'' and remains in excellent unused condition with a clean divided back and sharp image quality. This item is a significant piece for collectors of military militaria or early 20th century musical heritage and offers a unique glimpse into the personal lives of soldiers. This is a pre owned vintage item with expected light storage wear.
