Crescent Cast Iron Salesman Sample Stove Decorative Display

This large Crescent cast iron stove is a vintage display piece often identified as a salesman sample. The stove measures 13 inches in length, 10-3/4 inches in height, and 6 inches in width. It features an elaborate cut-out design with gold tone accents and embossed Crescent lettering.Weight 8.2 lb. The assembly includes a pot, two frying pans, an ash bucket with shovel, a long cooking cover, and a side shelf for the ash bucket. There is also a side storage shelf with two attachment prongs, where one prong is partial but remains in place. The stovetop has four burner openings and includes three burner covers. The stove includes a removable perforated right side backsplash that attaches via two prongs, one of which is partial but remains functional and in place. Additionally, there is a removable decorative backsplash at the back of the stove. The front oven door opens, and the right side features a metal cover. While these are commonly referred to as salesman samples, they are frequently mid-20th-century reproductions of original toy stove designs produced for nostalgia.
