This beautiful studio art glass heart paperweight is an original work by the respected American artist Gilbert C. Johnson, crafted using his signature veiling technique that creates an ethereal internal drape with depth and dimension, changing its appearance as it catches the light from different angles. This hand-blown sculptural piece is a prime example of late 20th-century studio glass and features Johnson's hand-etched signature and the date 1996 on the base, measuring 4-1/2" wide, 3-3/4" tall, and 2" deep.
