Porcelain Teacup and Saucer Set R H and S L Plant Tuscan England 1940s

Plant Tuscan England 1940s that showcases the historical craftsmanship of the Tuscan Works in Longton, Staffordshire, England. Produced during the post-WWII mid-century era between 1947 and the 1950s, this authentic set features an elegant layout of yellow arrangements on winding blue-grey branches with soft green foliage. Each blossom is intricately detailed with hand-applied raised enamel jeweling dots that form textured centers over the glaze. The teacup features a more cream color interior, measures 2-7/8" tall, and spans 3-3/8" across the lip. The coordinating saucer measures 5-1/2" across and features a classic scalloped rim. Both pieces carry the vintage green crown and wings backstamp on their underside. This preowned vintage set is intact with gentle ware to the gold tone rims accent and features petite crazing present on the glaze. Preowned vintage item that sells as is.
