Description

Radiating rich aqua green hues through thick glass characteristic of mid-20th-century production (circa 1940s–1960s), this European artisan wine bottle captures the timeless appeal of vintage winery service. Encased in a tight, handwoven wicker basket wrap and finished with a sturdy braided handle, the vessel stands as a brilliant example of functional folk art originally engineered for easy transport and hanging display. Measuring approximately 11 inches tall and approximately 5-3/8 inches across at the widest point, it retains its authentic character including slight natural irregularities along the glass rim. Please note that previous use as a candle holder has left visible wax residue on the exterior wicker and potential remnants inside the neck. Offered in as-is vintage condition, this charming conversation piece brings rustic elegance and nostalgic character to any home bar, kitchen counter, or vintage decor collection.
