1985 Italian Fattoria Straccali Chianti Wine Bottle Green Glass Woven Basket

This unique 1985 Italian Fattoria Straccali Chianti wine bottle is a classic example of Mediterranean functional art. The green glass bottle features a rare double chamber design where the large main body holds the wine while the small side chamber serves as an integrated ice pocket designed to chill the liquid without diluting it. The exterior is encased in a traditional handwoven straw raffia basket which historically protected the glass during transport and allowed the round bottomed bottle to stand upright on a table. This preowned vintage item is in good condition with the original straw corks and decorative red twine accents intact. The green glass is embossed with Fattoria Straccali Castellina In Chianti confirming its authentic Tuscan heritage.
