Description

Bring breathtaking Chinoiserie elegance and vibrant artistry to your dining table with this massive centerpiece dish, perfect for holiday hosting and special family gatherings. This genuine piece was meticulously handcrafted by the legendary Jingdezhen kilns in China during the vintage mid-to-late 20th century, bearing the authentic red iron-red Zhongguo factory backstamp on its underside. The platter is masterfully painted in a colorful Famille Rose palette depicting intricate, delicate butterflies intertwined with scrolling floral vines across a brilliant white porcelain body. Measuring precisely 13-7/8 inches in length, 10 inches in width, and 1-1/2 inches in depth, its generous size and deep well make it exceptionally well-suited for serving main courses with sauces or displaying proudly in a hutch. Pre-owned vintage.
