Main Description:

Elevate your collection with this striking vintage studio art pottery seed pot crafted in a sculptural closed-orb form. Hand-thrown and finished in a rich, matte charcoal-black oxide wash, the front features an intricately detailed real feather impression pressed directly into the wet clay prior to firing. The side bears a hand-incised artisan monogram mark. It is styled with a small single-eye opening at the top, making it ideal for displaying a dried botanical stalk or reed. Measures approximately 9-3/4 inches tall and 5-3/4 inches wide. In very nice vintage condition with beautiful natural glaze variations.
